Artist's Description

This is my memory painting of the DIGITAL office space at the 175 Federal Street building in Boston, Massachusetts. It was known as, the 'pregnant building' but its real name was the Fiduciary Trust Building. DEC selected this office space back in the mid 70's because was strategically located to Boston's business, financial and retail districts with South Station conveniently across the street. "Digital Equipment Corporation, also known as DEC and using the trademark Digital, was a major American company in the computer industry from the 1950s to the 1990s." It once employed more the 90 thousand employees worldwide.
