About Rita Brown
The girl who paints Waltham, Massachusetts. Rita Brown is the artist known for painting magical memories of her hometown aka "The Girl Who Paints Waltham". This wonderful collection of Waltham paintings was launched in 2007 and expands every year. This includes the beautiful old architecture of the Waltham churches, schools, city hall, museums, police and fire centers, shops, cemeteries and the famous Charles River. Of course, the Moody Street bridge and some of the landscape where the Muddy Charles runs through. Ohh Judy! IThank you! I painted this for my friend Paulina who passed away a few years ago. This was her view from her cottage and of her husband's boat. She never got to see the painting. The children gave it to Paulina's husband for his birthday. It is a "great view!" Love your work and put you on my watch list!
